We examine all the merchandise for quality control. We do our best to provide quality products to our customers.
1. All Returns should be notified to us within 24 hours of delivery of goods
2. Return Authorization is required for any return : Any return without an authorization number will be refused.
Shipping Charge will not be credited.
3. A full credit minus shipping charge will be given for defective item(s) only.
4. Items returned for other reasons will be subjected to 15% restocking charge.
Items must be in its original individual package and its label intact.

If the difference is significant, we will contact you for your approval before shipping.All items all mailed using USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL. We email confirmation with tracking as long as one is provided to us. Most international orders tracking is not provided.
